The leggings have a modern fit with a high waist and glittery elements that give you a great grip when training on the tube. They will suit both girls and boys pole dancers.

The material has been designed to provide grip on the pole, thanks to a special coating.

The product has been tested by dancers and according to their feedback, they feel like a magical second skin in these leggings. The Sticky leggings fit perfectly to the body, and this increases the grip and at the same time safety during training. You don't have to worry about slipping in the leggings. The fact that putting them on is a bit of an effort but you can treat it as a warm-up to feel the unique grip and style during your workout.

Size chart

If you're over 165 cm, don't wear them on the foot, but tuck them up over the heel.

We recommend pre-washing all your pole wear when wearing for the first time.

How to wash me

Treat me well and I'll last for a long long time.

Wash separately especially the bright coloured leggings
Normal wash
Rinse out water & tumble dry in medium heat

Do not bleach and iron
Do not use fabric softeners – these leave a coating on the fabric, preventing it from moisture-wicking and breathing, not to mention, softeners often contain toxic substances and aren't environmentally friendly
Do not stack bright coloured with the dark coloured leggings
